Trump slams handling of Brexit by UK's May”

U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday criticized British Prime Minister Theresa May's handling of the Brexit talks for Britain's departure from the European Union and said another referendum on the issue would be unfair to the side that won.

MPs have backed a delay to Article 50 on a third night of votes on Brexit in the House of Commons. These included seven Cabinet ministers.

"Refusing to give justification for his decision, the Speaker said, after a point of order from Brexiteer Tory Mark Francois, "It is not uncommon for a member of this House to be mightily pleased when his or her amendment is selected and notably displeased when it is not".

FG bans Boeing 737 Max airplanes in Nigeria
Air Canada , along with Southwest and American Airlines , are the major outliers in resisting a grounding of the fleet. The Boeing 737 Max 8 plane is the same as the one involved in the Lion Air crash last October killing 189 persons.

Leavers (78 per cent) and Conservatives (77 per cent) will accept only a "short delay, of a few weeks or months" whilst Remainers (56 per cent) and Labour voters (50 per cent) support "a significantly longer delay, of many months or a year".

The first vote is on Amendment H, which supports a second referendum.

But Mrs May left no doubt that she opposes a lengthy delay, telling MPs: "I do not think that would be the right outcome".

Pound Sterling rose in early London trading on Wednesday as investors awaited a vote in Britain's parliament that most expect will see the prospect of a no-deal Brexit defeated.

Philip Hammond urged hard Brexiteers to consider backing Theresa May's deal when it returns to the Commons.

May has made a deal with the European Union, but it has been overwhelmingly rejected twice in the House of Commons.

Brendan Rodgers frustrated to lose first game as Leicester City boss
The East Dunbartonshire property of Rodgers was broken into, but no-one was injured during the incident. A police investigation has been launched and enquiries are ongoing.

May has given lawmakers in her party a free vote and investors expect parliament will vote against a no-deal Brexit. Barnier clarified once again that the deal is not open for renegotiation, adding that his main concern is not an orderly Brexit, but to organize the future relationship, as the United Kingdom will remain "a close partner, a friend, and an ally".
