Virgil van Dijk set to be fit to face Chelsea”

Chelsea edged Liverpool at Anfield in the League Cup on Wednesday, handing the Reds their first loss in all competitions this season.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has recalled defensive mainstay Virgil van Dijk to the starting lineup for their encounter against fellow title contenders Chelsea.

Sturridge picked up the ball on the left side of the area and bent a superb shot past Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa from 25-yards out.

Hazard has kicked on from his stunning performances in Russian Federation, where he was named the second best player at the World Cup, scoring six times including an incredible solo run and finish to win the League Cup tie between the two in midweek.

Cruz, O'Rourke Debate In Dallas
When asked by the hosts of "The View" about his fans' reaction to him headlining for O'Rourke, Nelson replied "I don't care". Once considered a safe seat for Cruz , recent polls show the candidates running within single digits of each other.

Sturridge, who recorded his 50th league goal for Liverpool with the leveller and his fourth of the season so far, continued: "It felt great".

Eden Hazard opened the scoring for Chelsea in the first-half, scoring his second goal versus Liverpool this week, but his side failed to hold onto the lead.

Since the start of the season, Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri has ruled out a push for the Premier League crown.

The striker said afterwards: "This one was a nice goal, but it's more about just getting a result". @xKyzo10 chipped in with 'Hazard in game management is second to none, he's the best closer in football history'.

Trump accuses China of election meddling in trade war
It has weakened by about 6.0 percent since mid-June, offsetting the 10 percent tariff rate by a considerable margin. The firms are anxious the tariffs will increase their costs since many of their products are manufactured in China.

So it's all on Hazard then!

The goal not only snatched a point for the Reds, but was Sturridge's 50th in a Liverpool shirt, as he joined an impressive group who have reached the mark in the Premier League with the club. "Pedro [already] has three goals". He is simply too good a player to struggle for too long.

Liverpool make two changes to the side which beat Southampton 3-0 last Saturday as Joe Gomez and James Milner return.
