When police confronted the 38-year-old man - who was identified Tuesday as Anthony Shannon - he admitted to his part in the shark heist, KSAT reported, and led investigators to his personal aquarium, where Ms. Helen was found unharmed. At this time there is no known motive for why they made a decision to steal a shark.

According to police, the suspect allowed police to enter the home and pointed them to where the shark was. The woman is yet to be questioned, but all three could face federal charges.

Trump willing to shut down government over border security
Trump on Monday said he had no "red line" for precisely what he would require from Congress, and he made no comment on timing. McConnell, asked about a shutdown during a radio interview in Kentucky, said it was not going to happen.

Monday night, the aquarium announced that employees were on their way to retrieve Miss Helen - and she was alive.

Authorities were able to track down the animal after seeing a photo of the Grey-Horned Shark on a San Antonio Facebook page asking $300 for it. Police said the men put the shark into a bucket before placing it into the stroller. The alleged shark-nappers - two men and a woman, with a baby in tow - targeted her by sneaking into the aquarium's back entrance, according to the Washington Post.
