Mismanagement hits Iran more than United States sanctions - Iran’s supreme leader

Mismanagement hits Iran more than United States sanctions - Iran’s supreme leader”

The U.S. government last week reinstated a raft of economic sanctions that had been waived as part of the Iran JCPOA nuclear deal of 2015.

"Not that sanctions don't have an impact, but the main factor is how we handle them".

German companies should be allowed to continue to invest in Iran as much as they want and the German government is looking for ways together with its European allies to ensure that financial transactions could still take place, he added. "We have never started a war and they will not confront Iran militarily", he siad.

"With better management and planning we can resist the sanctions and overcome them,"Khamenei said".

Mike Pence introduces Pentagon report calling for a space force
They said the Pentagon report was the start of a "multi-year process that we think will result in a safer, stronger America". Be that as it may, the administration is starting to fill out some details about what might go into a space force.

"The fall of the rial and the increase in gold coin prices are major economic problems".

"America's withdrawal from the nuclear deal is a clear proof America can not be trusted", Mr Khamenei told a gathering of thousands of Iranians. "[The Americans] are exaggerating the possibility of a war with Iran".

There have been widespread protests and strikes in recent weeks over high prices, unemployment and structural failures in the economy.

As Middle East Eye reported last month, the govenrment's attempt to unify the dollar's official and black market exchange rates completely backfired.

In May, the United States pulled out of a 2015 deal between world powers and Tehran under which worldwide sanctions on Iran were lifted in return for curbs on its nuclear program.

Trump has said Iran must also stop meddling in conflicts in Syria and Yemen, but Foreign Minister Javad Zarif struck a defiant tone on Monday, telling Qatar's al Jazeera TV: "Iran will not change its policies in the region because of United States sanctions and threats".

The sanctions prevent Iran from trading in gold and precious metals.

Unless Iran's clerical rulers comply with the United States demands, more sanctions targeting Iran's oil and shipping industries are set for November.
