More Boys Rescued From Thailand Cave”

The Thai rescue team members walk inside a cave where 12 boys and their soccer coach have been trapped since June 23.

At least one more boy has been rescued from Thailand's Tham Luang Cave as the harrowing mission to rescue the stranded children and their soccer coach stretched into its second day.

A relative of one member of the soccer team said that the boys' families had agreed to remain at the cave until all of the boys and the coach are brought out.

Officials said Monday that the first four rescued boys were all "good and happy" after spending 16 days trapped inside the cave but that they were complaining of being "hungry". Prime Minister Prayut Chan-O-Cha, who paid a visit to the site on Monday evening, also turned up at the hospital to meet the rescued boys. The second operation started at 11 a.m. local time Monday (midnight ET). Monsoon flooding blocked off their escape and prevented rescuers from finding them for nearly 10 days.

The Australian foreign minister, Julie Bishop, said in a TV interview on Monday morning she believed the boys would be brought out in groups of four.

The S9 and S9 Plus phones saw a price increase in most countries, except in the US , where the devices actually sold for less. Samsung is on a launch spree in India, they have launched their new affordable smartphone Samsung Galaxy On6 in India.

Workers have been labouring around the clock to pump water out of the cave, and officials said that despite heavy downpours overnight, water levels inside the cave did not rise.

Asked whether the remaining four "Wild Boars" and their coach would come out at the same time in the next rescue effort, he said: "It depends on the plan ..." Their families were being kept at a distance because of fears of infection and the emaciated-looking boys were eating a rice-based porridge because they were still too weak to take regular food, authorities said.

Two divers will accompany each of the boys, all of whom have been learning to dive only since July 2, when the first searchers found them.

The operation on Monday went more smoothly than on Sunday and took two hours less as the practice became more refined, he said.

Japan coach 'forced' to tell team to back off
- Japan have qualified out of the World Cup group stage for the third time in their history, also doing so in 2002 and 2010. However, Colombia's goal in the 74th minute of the other group match meant Japan was in second place and would advance.

Authorities have said extracting the entire team from the cave could take up to four days, but two straight days of success raised hopes that it could be done faster.

Officials said at a news conference that the parents of the rescued boys, whose names have not been released, have not yet been allowed to have physical contact with them, pending more extensive examination of their physical condition. "So to get them back to their baseline - which would require food, water, vitamins, all the nutrients that we normally have, plus reasonable exercise of muscle tone - would take a matter of weeks".

"The death of the former Thai Navy SEAL illustrates the difficulty of this rescue", Manning said. Students and teachers at Maesaiprasitsart school, attended by numerous children, have been given instructions to avoid "talk that hurts [the boys'] feelings", said teacher Thongyaud Kejorn.

"I watch the news on my phone, my mom is watching on TV", said Chokumpompan, who graduated from the same school that six of the boys now attend, Mae Si Prasitsart School.

He also tweeted that SpaceX and Boring Co. engineers were headed to Thailand to see whether they could assist Thai authorities. "I can help him with his homework", he said.
