Instagram users could soon be able to add music to Stories

Instagram users could soon be able to add music to Stories”

Instagram is adding a lot of new features to Stories, including the ability to let people post information from apps directly to their Instagram Stories, and the addition of Slow-Mo mode as well. According to a tip received by TechCrunch from Twitter user Jane Manchun Wong, this feature automatically detects the song that's playing on the phone and creates a sticker for it which you could probably add to your Stories or posts so that viewers can listen to it when they come across it.

After quietly launching payments integration for Instagram, the service might soon introduce "music stickers" to its Stories feature. This could essentially make that song a background music for the Stories. With music stickers, Instagram Stories will become an even stronger competitor to Snapchat.

Swansea and Southampton fight for Premier League lives in Liberty showdown
Southampton's win moved them onto 36 points, leaving West Brom five points adrift of the safety zone with one match to play. It certainly promises to be a fascinating relegation six-pointer when Swansea welcome Southampton to the Liberty Stadium .

Tabs for Genres, Moods and Trending were also found lurking in the code.

The native payment feature was confirmed by a spokesperson of the Facebook-owned company who did not only confirm the availability of the new feature, but also added that in-app payments for booking appointments such as restaurants or salons is now live for a limited number of partners.

First lady unveils "Be Best" campaign to address issues facing children
Her choice was ridiculed nearly immediately, given her husband's longtime habit of calling people names on Twitter, but Mrs. Trump wishes to help the next generation by creating change through awareness on a variety of issues that affect children".

As TechChrunch report, some code found within Instagram's Android app seems to indicate that the service is about to implement a new feature which will allow users to share their musical activity by way of "music stickers".

Instagram's next big feature for its Stories platform could be an option to add music to your ephemeral messages and videos. Users will be able to share moments from a list of apps including Spotify and GoPro. However, thanks to Facebook's numerous high-profile deals with various music publishers, such as Sony, Universal, and Warner, the feature may finally be rolled out to everyone in a much more fleshed-out form. As of now, the payments feature is available only for a select people in the U.S. and is only in beta. With the new Payments feature, users will be able to store their card details and purchase directly from the app without having to leave the app. Unlike WhatsApp, the feature is only for e-commerce purposes and not for peer to peer payments.
