Apple Developing MicroLED Screens for Wearables and AR

Apple Developing MicroLED Screens for Wearables and AR”

According to Bloomberg, the new features are touchless gesture controls and curved displays.

And in what could arguably be the most significant tidbit so far, a report says that the company is working on a curved screen and touchless controls.

Apple releases new versions of iPhones every year, topping themselves each time with the innovations introduced in the newer models.

Steve Kerr slams Warriors for their blowout loss vs Pacers
Victor Oladipo overcame a slow first half that saw him score just seven points to end the night with 21 (9-17 from the floor). But then Lance Stephenson hit a 27-foot three-pointer to give the Pacers a 31-30 lead-and they didn't look back.

In its report, Bloomberg notes that both features are only in an experimental phase and that they may not necessarily come to new iPhones.

The Air Touch controls and curved screens have already appeared on the Samsung Galaxy S4 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Apple's budget for research and development has been ramping up in the past couple of years, topping $3 billion in the last three months of 2017, according to financial filings.

Gesture control may end up being akin to 3D Touch, Apple's way of using a display's pressure sensitivity to allow users to retrieve information and complete tasks on its devices. But unlike the Samsung, Apple's implementation of the curved screen will be different.

Juventus 0-3 Real Madrid | This is Ronaldo's crowning glory
Juventus failed to avenge themselves from Madrid after their loss in the previous Champions League final match. "It's lovely . In a competition created to pit the world's best players against each other, one has built a podium above all else.

Interestingly, Apple is also working on displays that gradually curve inward from top and bottom. Changing the way that users interact with screens could offer something new on the market depending on how it's implemented. A simple wave of a hand across the screen would let the user take calls and flip through web-pages.

A faulty connection in the RFPCB module was also cited as the key reason behind the so-called "frozen" iPhone X whose OLED screen would become unresponsive or inaccurate in cold weather.

Apple's touchless gestures will be different here as well.

South Africa vs Australia 2018: 4th Test, Day 3, Talking points
Off-spinner Nathan Lyon took the only wicket when Dean Elgar was caught at mid-off by new cap Chadd Sayers for 19. The South Africans agreed to the idea.

Apple has always been a unique favorite to many people. Also, talking about Apple producing a new sort of device is exciting, so any whisper is more likely jumped upon than most other news bits. The OLED screen in iPhone X is from Samsung but Apple has expanded its sourcing to LG for displays.
