Trump lashes out at own FBI in a series of tweets”

Robert Mueller kicked a "top FBI agent" off the special counsel investigation this summer over potential anti-Trump texts he sent, per a new report today.

By hiding from Congress, and from the American people, documented political bias by a key FBI head investigator for both the Russian Federation collusion probe and the Clinton email investigation, the FBI and DOJ engaged in a willful attempt to thwart Congress' constitutional oversight responsibility.

Peter Strzok, who led the investigation of the Hillary Clinton email server as the No. 2 official in the FBI's counterintelligence division, left the Mueller team this past summer, multiple sources said.

United States calls for arrest of released LeT leader Hafiz Saeed
The Spokesperson said that the Pakistani government should make sure that he is arrested and charged for his crimes. Instead, Mr Saeed has spent much of the last decade being placed under house arrest and then released.

Meanwhile, the inspector general's office at the Justice Department said the incident is part of a wider probe into how the FBI has handled investigations relating to the election. The people briefed on the case said the transfer followed the discovery of text messages in which Mr. Strzok and a colleague reacted to news events, like presidential debates, in ways that could appear critical of Mr. Trump.

Strzok's attorney refused to comment on the publication. A spokeswoman for the Justice Department said that "we are aware of the allegation and are taking any and all appropriate steps".

Strzok also worked on the FBI investigation past year into whether then-Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton mishandled classified information through her use of private email servers while Secretary of State. Strzok was re-assigned to the FBI's human resources department, a move many saw as a demotion.

China's Tencent Overtakes Facebook In Market Value
Tencent now sits alongside a handful of U.S. companies you are much more likely to have heard of: Apple, Amazon and Microsoft . Other fast-growing parts of the business include digital content such as video, as well as online advertising, said CNBC .

The House committee's top Democrat, Rep. Adam Schiff of California, responded in a statement that the Department of Justice inspector general is "properly investigating the handling of the investigation, including the current allegation of bias" by Strzok.

The exact nature of the text messages has not been made public, but defenders of Strzok and Page have reportedly called the allegations "overblown" and said there wasn't any misconduct. Supporters of the president have pointed to Democratic campaign contributions by members of the special counsel team, and to the Uranium One deal with Russian Federation that Clinton's State Department helped approve, which happened while Mueller was Federal Bureau of Investigation director.

"I am concerned, however, that our chairman is willing to use the subpoena and contempt power of the House, not to determine how the Russians interfered in our election or whether the president obstructed Justice, but only to distract from the core of our investigation", Schiff said.
