IOS 11.1.1 is here: Apple finally fixes "i" autocorrect issue

IOS 11.1.1 is here: Apple finally fixes

"This will be addressed in an upcoming software update", it added.

So far, the only iPhone X problems that we are aware of are potential OLED burn-ins, which Apple already warned users about, and screen issues when used in cold weather. Exactly how a software update will tackle this issue remains to be seen as a problem with the screen freezing suggests it may be a hardware fault instead. First is the autocorrect bug that's causing some devices to replace "i" with "A [?]", and second is a bug that makes the "Hey Siri" hotword stop working. Owners experiencing this problem say the unresponsiveness takes place immediately, not just when the phone itself cools down.

Obama heads to downtown Chicago for jury duty
The official, who is not authorized to speak about the former president's jury duty, spoke on condition of anonymity. Daley Center and then shaking hands with those seated around the jury pool waiting room.

Basically, you shouldn't be using your iPhone in either very cold or really hot conditions, and that's usually the case for most phones in 2017. All we know is some iPhone X units become unresponsive seconds after changing ambient temperature, which is unacceptable given that winter is coming.

While the iPhone X has only been out a week, it looks like there are issues with the handset. "I try swiping on websites and it doesn't register my finger", wrote the original poster.

Yemen's Houthi fire missile at Saudi Arabia's Riyadh
Al-Masira said the missile launched on Saturday evening was made in Yemen and was the third to be fired towards Riyadh this year. Al Arabiya TV reported the missile was sacked from Yemen and was brought down close to the capital by Saudi air defence forces.

Ever since iOS 11.1 came out a week ago, many iPhone users complained about the glitch that automatically replaced a lower case "i" with unusual characters in their pithy texts and social media posts. Apple recommends operating its iOS devices in temperatures 32 degrees and 95 degrees Fahrenheit.

Possibly, the unresponsive screen issue results due to a rapid change in temperature and once it is stabilized, the screen starts to respond again. Most probably, the fix will come in iOS 11.2, which is now under a beta testing.
