UK Leaders Aren't Happy About Trump's Tweets on the London Terror Attack

UK Leaders Aren't Happy About Trump's Tweets on the London Terror Attack”

A manhunt is on to find those behind the bombing that wounded 22 people on a Friday morning rush-hour subway train.

"I'm going to call the prime minister right now", Trump said.

Officials said the attack could have been deadly.

London police have declined to comment on Trump's tweets, and have given no information about potential suspects.

President Donald Trump on Friday blasted the "loser terrorists" behind the train attack in London that injured at least 18 people. Trump said in the second tweet.

Iraqi Kurdish Parliament Backs Independence Referendum
The United States has proposed unspecified "alternatives" to the vote, to which Barzani has pledged to give a rapid response. The KRG has ignored increasing calls for the cancelation of the referendum, saying the vote would go ahead as planned.

"I never think it is helpful for anyone to speculate on what is an ongoing investigation", British Prime Minister Theresa May told reporters in London when asked about the president's comments.

Trump also took the opportunity to highlight "tough talk" on terror such as increasing the travel ban into the United States. "It keeps going and going, and we have to be very smart and we have to be very, very tough - perhaps we're not almost tough enough".

A senior USA government official cast doubt on whether Trump was privy to information over whether the bomber in the west London attack was known or not.

In June, after attacks in the London Bridge area that claimed seven lives, Khan warned locals not to be alarmed by the large presence of armed officers on the capital's streets.

The Islamic State militant group, which has said it was behind several attacks on Western cities in recent years, including two attacks in London and one in Manchester this year, claimed responsibility through its news agency, Amaq.

Xbox One owners could soon reduce burden of big install files
Microsoft has been working on a new feature for Xbox One and Xbox One X that stands to save users a ton of storage space. It's not clear how widely publishers will adopt it, however, as there's no indication using the system will be mandatory.

It was at 6.42am in Washington that Donald Trump tweeted himself into another diplomatic row with the UK.

The travel ban bars certain people from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen from entering the US.

The version of the ban permitted by the Supreme Court is Trump's second pass at the policy, which originally banned residents of seven Muslim-majority countries.

Trump is destroying the presidency and the credibility of the United States one tweet at a time. The order might give hope to supporters of the ban, but it may also simply reflect a desire on the part of the justices to maintain the status quo until the justices can hear the case next month.
