Body found in freezer in Campbell, 2 arrested”

Police have arrested two people after a body was found stuffed in a freezer at a home near Youngstown in northeastern Ohio.

Yet, when the power was cut in Novoa's home, he took the freezer to his friend Kenny Eshenbaugh to store in his basement. The friend became suspicious, discovered the remains and called authorities.

The body was found last weekend at a Campbell home, near Youngstown.

The freezer was padlocked, and the friend apparently had no idea that there was a body inside. "She didn't hold herself out to be Shannon, she just lived her life, using her phone, caring for her dog".

Layton reportedly moved into Graves' home with Novoa and essentially replaced the victim - driving her vehicle, using her cell phone and food card, even looking after her dog.

The couple are in jail and are still to be appointed lawyers, Lantz said.

The 28-year-old woman was last seen in mid-February and was added to the Ohio Attorney General's Missing Persons' website earlier this month after concerns about her well-being.

Authorities say they are now investigating whether the body may have belonged to Shannon Graves, a 28-year-old Youngstown woman who vanished in early February of this year.
