Hackers again stole guests' credit card data from Trump Hotels”

Sabre's investigation found that the unauthorized party first accessed reservation information on August 10, 2016.

Following an investigation, Sabre notified us on June 5, 2017 that an unauthorised party gained access to account credentials that permitted access to payment card data and certain reservation information for some of our hotel reservations processed through Sabre's CRS.

Trump Hotels said in a notice posted on its website: "The privacy and the protection of guests' information is a matter we take very seriously".

"We recommend that affected guests review the information in this letter for some steps they can take to protect themselves against potential misuse of their information".

Trump Hotels agreed to update its security practices as a result of the agreement. Hard Rock notified customers on July 6, with Four Seasons and Trump Hotels waiting nearly another week to break the bad news.
