Blac Chyna wins restraining order against Rob Kardashian

Blac Chyna wins restraining order against Rob Kardashian”

On Good Morning America Monday morning, Black Chyna opened up to ABC News' Lindsey Davis about why she's chose to take legal action against her ex, Rob Kardashian, after he attacked her online and posted nude photos she'd sent him.

Last week, Rob Kardashian took to Instagram to share several nude photos of Blac Chyna without her consent - a move that was clearly meant to slut-shame and humiliate his ex-fiancée.

Chyna has also claimed that Kardashian turned physically violent toward her in April, according to court documents obtained by the Daily News.

It appears Blac Chyna is gearing up to take legal action against Kardashian in regards to the revenge porn, with her lawyer Bloom issuing a warning to the Arthur George sock designer.

Angela "Blac Chyna" White has shared her thoughts on her drama with ex- fiancé Rob Kardashian in an interview with Good Morning America. "I'm like, 'How could somebody post these pictures of me?' I'm like, 'Wow, okay.' This is a person that I trusted". I just bought her 250K of jewelry yesterday.

Chyna went on to say that although she frequently posts semi-nude photos of herself, it should be her choice to reveal her body.

Froome will be relieved to have safely completed a stage filled with hazards, but the loss of Thomas could be hugely significant with Team Sky left weakened.

Speaking out for the first time since the dramatic incident, the reality star admitted the situation has taken an emotional toll on her.

Things were also complicated by the fact Chyna shares a son with rapper Tyga, who left her to begin dating Kardashian's younger sister, Kylie Jenner. "I'm like, how could somebody, like, post these pictures of me?'" Chyna told Davis.

Since hiring her attorney, Chyna has made a decision to go forward with a temporary restraining order against Kardashian.

Bloom's co-counsel, attorney Walter Mosley, later called Kardashian's tirade against Chyna an "assault" in a July 6 statement to Page Six.

Alongside lawyer Lisa Bloom, Chyna filed the TRO in court today where lawyers Robert Shapiro and Sam Klein appeared on Rob's behalf.

"You're not the only one that's probably going through something", she said. Chyna and her attorney both had something to say on the matter.

This court ruling has not resonated well with LGBTQ advocates, many of whom have pledged to take a stand against the decision. Rights groups for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people contended the plaintiffs were trying to erode the U.S.

Shapiro is due in court on Monday morning where he will talk to the judge overseeing Kardashian and Chyna's case. He also posted a video the star sent him of her kissing another man in bed.
