Russian Federation launches submarine attack on IS base: Moscow”

A U.S. F-15 fighter aircraft shot down an Iranian-made drone over southern Syria on Tuesday, the Defense Department said, marking the fifth time the USA has attacked pro-Syrian government assets within a month.

"We're going to do what we can to protect our interests", White House spokesman Sean Spicer told reporters Monday, defending the decision to shoot down a Syrian SU-22 jet that had bombed coalition partnered forces near the Syrian town of Tabqah.

The drone was armed and was allegedly prepared to make an attack on US forces. Neither official could say for sure whether either of the two drones that the USA has shot down in southern Syria flew out of that base, but both said it was likely.

United States forces said the drone was sacked on after it "displayed hostile intent and advanced on coalition forces", USA forces said in a statement.

US would welcome effective Syrian effort to defeat IS

The U.S. military reports they have shot down an armed Syrian drone that was targeting American troops in Southeastern Syria.

"There's no authorization for military force that Congress has passed that gives the president the ability to take military action against the Syrian regime", Murphy said.

Turkey says Syrian Kurdish fighters are an extension of an insurgent Kurdish terror group operating in Turkey.

The defence department declared the suspension on Tuesday after Russian Federation threatened to shoot down any plane from the US-led coalition they spotted flying west of the Euphrates river.

Moscow also suspended the hotline established in October 2015 to prevent accidental engagement of Russian and U.S. warplanes over Syrian territory, but such a move was threatened after the April missile launch ordered by the United States president and was never carried out, so it may turn out to be just posturing.

The US government said that they tried to contact the Syrian government to ask them to assess the situation and take the necessary steps.

"As the Islamic State's territory in Syria shrinks, the U.S.is increasingly being put in direct contact with Syria and its allies", said Bill Roggio, editor of the Long War Journal.

On Tuesday, the Australian military said that it was temporarily suspending air operations over Syria "as a precautionary measure".

He says Democrats proved in court that their rights were violated and "now this story will be told on a national stage". More broadly, the Court should rule that pure political motivations for election rules are unfair and unlawful.

On Sunday, a U.S. fighter jet downed a Syrian government warplane for the first time in the country's conflict south of Raqa, sparking an angry reaction from regime ally Russian Federation.

The Russian military alleged that in Sunday's incident, "the command of the coalition forces did not use the established communication channel for preventing incidents in Syrian airspace".

The latest incident occurred in a part of Syria seen as strategically important for the Syrian government and Iran as Tehran seeks to secure a land corridor between forces it backs in Syria and Iraq.

Yesterday, Russia condemned the downing of the Syrian jet as a "flagrant violation of worldwide law".

Schiff says firing Mueller would echo Watergate
The notion was dismissed by senior White House aides later Monday evening, who said that Ruddy does not speak for the president. Adam Schiff (D-CA) suggested it could lead Congress to re-establish an independent counsel statute and reappoint Mueller.

"With (the help of) intensive Russian bombing they are trying to advance but we are repelling them", he said.
