The NCAA released its annual Division I Academic Progress Rate (APR) scores on Wednesday, and all 16 of Utah State's athletic teams once again exceeded the 930 minimum four-year average benchmark set by the NCAA to qualify for postseason competition.

Twelve Cavaliers sports had ideal single-year scores: the five with 1,000 multi-year scores, plus men's golf, men's soccer, wrestling, field hockey, women's lacrosse, women' soccer and women's swimming and diving.

Teams are required to maintain four-year April scores of 930 or higher to remain eligible for the postseason. It was the fifth consecutive year that men's golf posted a flawless score and the third straight year that women's tennis achieved a ideal mark.

The four-year running tally is one point lower than last year's mark, but UCLA's 2015-16 score of 973 improved 10 points from the previous year.

Women's golf, soccer, tennis and volleyball all had a ideal four-year score of 1,000. This is the fourth consecutive year that OU's women's golf and women's gymnastics programs posted a flawless April score, and the third straight year that women's tennis has accomplished the feat. Both Cowboy Golf and Cowgirl Tennis posted flawless four-year scores of 1,000. With the exception of women's track, all of those programs were above the national average among Division I schools that sponsor those sports.

Teams must compile a multi-year score of 930 or higher or risk losing eligibility to compete in NCAA postseason championships. The most recent multiyear period measured was from the 2012-13 through the 2015-16 academic years. A team's April is the total number of points earned on the roster divided by that squad's total of possible points, multiplied by 1,000.
