California DUI Suspect Was Deported 15 Times”

A six-year-old California boy was left severely injured after a hit and run crash caused by an illegal immigrant who had been deported 15 times. The 38-year-old Mexican national has been arrested multiple times in the past for DUI, driving with a suspended license, and domestic violence, according to KGTV.

Federal authorities say Constantino Banda-Acosta was last deported in January and he's had at least 14 prior deportation cases since 2002.

He told NBC 7, he works with some clients who have been deported half a dozen times and some manage to come back to the US illegally, in less than a week.

The child suffered a major head injury and was taken to a hospital.

Palace Ready To Play Ugly For Survival, Says Allardyce
Allardyce said that his players' mental strength is key to getting past the final two games of the season. When we were out of the bottom three I always said to you that it would not be decided until the end.

But Lennox, in a child seat on the side of the vehicle that took the brunt of the impact, was unconscious, not breathing and bleeding from his ears and nose.

Repard, Littlefield and Kucher write for the San Diego Union-Tribune.

The boy is being treated at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego. Outside the courtroom, the prosecutor declined to provide Banda-Acosta's blood-alcohol level after the collision.

In her latest update on the GoFundMe page, Taylor revealed that Lennox's recovery from the accident had suffered a setback.

Iraqi forces move to surround Mosul's Old City, held by IS
Mr Dorrian said over the past week Iraqi forces retook more than 30 sq km of terrain from Isil. Mosul is the last major urban area where ISIS still maintains an armed presence.

His father told CBS8 broadcaster of his son: "Right now he's got a lot of swelling". "I just really care about bringing him home and making sure he's happy again".

ICE is planning to take Banda-Acosta into custody once he is released by the San Diego police, who arrested him.

According to the Border Patrol, Banda-Acosta was arrested after agents who came across the crash found him and a passenger in a damaged Chevrolet pick-up truck that matched the description of the vehicle involved.

This drunk driving incident will also qualify for attention from the newly announced Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement Office (VOICE). Illegal aliens without a license are a dime a dozen.

Local church weighs pros and cons of religious freedom order
President Trump mentioned on numerous occasions during his campaign that he would repeal the amendment. Although Trump's order doesn't go as far as some feared, it still is troubling.

"There are not enough words to describe the huge impact his actions have had", she told the Union-Tribune. While President Trump has yet to build the border wall or hire more agents, the administration's commitment to enforcing the law has changed the reality along the border.
