Brad Grey, former Paramount CEO dead at 59”

In a statement, Grey's family confirmed that the former executive was surrounded by family and loved ones at his house in Holmby Hills when he passed away.

Throughout Grey's tenure at Paramount, he helped the studio introduce wildly successful franchises such as "Transformers", "Paranormal Activity" and the "Mission: Impossible" revivals, as well as a bevy of Oscar-recognized films, like "There Will Be Blood", "No Country for Old Men", "True Grit" and Al Gore's documentary "An Inconvenient Truth".

Grey stepped down at Paramount in February after leading the studio for 12 years.

Bottas said of the incident: "It was not on goal , it's shame we collided, it was just a small touch really". Meanwhile, Verstappen expressed disappointment the luck went away from him in the early part of the race.

In a memo to staff upon his departure, Grey said, "It has been my privilege to be part of Paramount's storied history, and I am grateful to Sumner Redstone for giving me this opportunity". This year also marked two best picture contenders for Paramount: Fences, the play adaptation starring Viola Davis (who picked up a best supporting actress statuette) and Denzel Washington, who also directed, and Arrival, the smart sci-fi film starring Amy Adams. And as he tracked new comics, he discovered his first client, the comedian Bob Saget. "He was a thoughtful partner on "Just Shoot Me" and remained a friend".

He also produced some of the most well-known programs on television, including "The Sopranos", "Real Time with Bill Maher" and "The Larry Sanders Show". The conflict-of-interest suit was settled a year later.

He is survived by his wife, Cassandra Grey, their son, and three children from a previous marriage.
