In a release the company says they're being recalled due to two reports of the devices failing to activate outside Canada.

Mylan NV, the maker of the potentially live-saving drug, had initially voluntarily recalled four lots, affecting some 80,000 devices.

So far, the USA recall covers 13 EpiPen lots distributed from December 17, 2015, to July 1, 2016.
